Not returning of money, have paid advance to Ghose special for the tour reservation to Bhutan trip

I pankaj kumar chel on 27.09.2017 have paid advance to Ghose special for the tour reservation to Bhutan trip . Unfortunately due to bad weather the agency had to cancel the trip , but till date agency is not refunding the advance amount which i have paid to them for the trip. After reapted reminder the agency had given a cheque which had got bounced.

    I have purchased a cloth from a online site called Makemyorder.Com because of the sizes I have returned the product within company TAT. It's being 1month I am waiting for my refund. Every time sending mail to customers care getting reply stating it will refund with in a day but at the end i am getting nothing. Kindly help
