Complaint for cheated money by promising to give confirmed tatkal railway ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr Sandip Paul from Kolkata, I was trying to find a railway ticketing agent at internet, then i can find one company details at Quick.com,i was not called them but they called me and ensure me that, they will arrainge confirmed railway tatkal ticket for me, and advised me to deposit Rs.1000 to their bank account, I was transfered the amount by NEFT, Details are given below.but after my money transfer, they totally makes his mobie bussy all the time and they did not send any ticket to me.
They send me a SMS , where the bank details and tgeir company address was mentioned, the details is-
