i have recd a defective handset from flipkart and when i tried getting in touch with them i was told that i need to get in touch with intex service centre. it took me 5 - 6 days time to get the address of intex s.c. in kolkata as half of the listed centre in net is either closed down or is yet to open. 2 service centre i visited denied giving me a replacement or a refund of my product. the set was defective from day one and i want a total replacement of this.pls help and oblige. intex is fooling people with defective handset and no proper service centres.
