Amazon Provide me Invalid Invoice and now I am not Getting Warranty Service

Hi,
I have purchased a DELL TFT E1914H 18.5 IN HD MONITOR from Amazon on 9th July 2015. Now I found a defect (A black spot )on my Monitor. As this product is under warranty period, So, I contact with Dell Service Center. But Dell refuses to provide the Warranty service because Amazon provide Invalid Invoice.As per Dell, Invoice should have contain Serial Number/Product key. I have contact with Amazon several times With phone and email last one months but still not getting the valid Invoice so that I can get the warranty service from Dell.

Can you please help on this so that I can get the warranty service from Dell.
