HD access channels again blocked due to non payment, complain request id-166YJO9E, 164PPR8A,163FQ0O6, SR0307182006422, SR3006182004190

This is regarding my harassment of blocking my HD access channels inspite of payment done. I had charged 99/- for HD pack for every 3 months thereafter normal charges. I recharged on 20June 2018 , it is not even a month since every 3-4 days i need to lodge a complain to Tatasky for this regards.
Is there anyone who can respond to correct the issue once for all. I had a message from your end that Your HD pack has been resolved and need not to pay anymore,
I am going to consumer forum against Tatasky services.
