I have booked for cylinder refill on April 14, 15 vide booking reference no. 687468 for Consumer No. 36958 but gas cylinder supply not yet executed. This has happening twice with me in last two bookings without any response. Furthermore I am forced to chase you peoples over the phone for repeated booking and most of the time your phone was engaged or not answering. Pls the needful without further delay.
