On line booking not possibleand delivery of cylinder.

Sir,
My consumer no is 2497.
I have booking date of cylinder of 8 April which is undelivered till today i.e.25 April.
Can you please look into.
Also I am unable to make on line booking through my mobile no and have to approach the dealer everytime. Will appreciate if u can reply back.
