I have installed a crompton pump along with a crompton control panel in my house for water supply on 7/08/2017 with one year warranty from nemai hardware sodepur ghola kolkata 110. The control panel worked for 11months. But now it is malfunctioning. I have complained in the toll free number of crompton.the service engineer surveyed and demanding that the panel is perfectly ok!! But i am not having a single drop of water. They r not agree to change or replace the control panel even if it is under warranty. Pl help me urgent basis.
