I called customer number of times in regard to my IFB senorita aqua washing machine. When I m touching machine, it is giving current. This is severe problem and can lead to any accident. Customer care people are very irresponsible. Every time they say that technician wl visit me today or tomorrow. I filed complaint on 9th dec and till date I hv not received any call of any technician. Thrice customer care people gave me wrong franchise number of some other location whereas I clearly told them my address on day 1 of complaint. 90 percent of times there is so much disturbance in their complaint tollfree number that u keep shouting and their representatives cant hear what we r saying. If my washing machine problem is not resolved by tomorrow I will be forced to file consumer complaint. IFB I thought would provide best services but I was wrong. I will not suggest anyone to buy IFB products as I rate zero for after sale services by IFB.
