Complaint about maruti Ritz car for False promise and unapproved payment deduction

Hi,

We took a maruti Ritz car in july 2016 fron uber under the condition of paying security deposit of Rs 35000 to them. At that time they promised us that they will deduct rs 800 on daily basis as installment + 20% commision on daily work done by my father however they will start this deduction only after they have provided all sufficient toll papers and work permit for haryana,delhi & UP. We were under the same impression. This never happened they started to deduct the installment of Rs800 from day 1. We did not have the documents hence could not start working. The employees of uber said you can start working without permit which is illegal. They kept on deducting daily installment hence we could not afford this.my father decided to return the car on 12 september 2016. Now uber is denying to refund our security deposit and till today they are trying to deduct daily installment of Rs 800 from our bank. They are also threating my father to pay Rs 3000 more.
