Courier Company Lost Consignment

Courier vide docket no. Z89965864 has been booked on 2/5/2016 from karnal to gurgaon but not recieved till date as courier company is arguing that they delivered it on time . Sign of reciever which they show in job sheet is entirely bogus because at time of delivery he was in the office and we can prove this as well. It is very well clear that they lost it and to safeguard themselves presenting bogus job sheet. Strict action should be taken against this kind of fraudlant act.
