Complaint regarding malfunctioned Laptop provided by the company.

I've purchased an Acer Laptop, worth Rs 1,02000/- from Acer Gallery, Silver Mall, Indore on 30th July 2021.
The product was having some malfunctions regarding which we filed a complaint at the showroom on 2nd August. My complaint was lodged by the showroom employee on 3rd August and compalaint Id no 40731321 was provided.
On 4th August their engineer visited, and he also concluded that the problem was legitimate.
After that the company has replaced the charger but the problem persisted.
Now the company is refusing to provide any resolution and is totally ignoring our problem by saying that it is a default problem and it occurs in every system with similar configurations.
I want my money back because the product has failed to fulfill whats specified by the company.
Please look into this issue as the laptop is related with my carrier and I have no other options left.
