Not giving me the refund

I have cancelled my flight from New Delhi to Newark USA because my flight from Varanasi to Delhi was cancelled due to bad weather on 16th January. Initially MMT had told me that they would refund my money within 7 business days, then after some time they told us that they will refund the money after 180 days. We’ve waited for 180 days but still they haven’t refunded the money. Now they are not telling us when they will refund our money.
