Complaint regarding bus services

I am traveling from raipur to indore PNR 251729389 in date 17/04/22 time slot 4 PM.

AC of the bus is not working in April and driver is least concern about the passenger.

I have called to Hans travel 4 times they are not providing any solution neither they are ready to refund the money.

Passenger are suffering despite of full amount paid.
