Lost valuable item booked uber car ( Maruti Alto) at Guwahati , Tazim Complex

On 22.09.2017 my son and his friends booked uber car ( Maruti Alto) at Guwahati , Tazim Complex, Shillong Road, South Sarania, Manipuri Rajbari, Ulubari, Guwahati and forget to take his bag before drop. Just after 10 minutes they called the driver and his reply was no such bag is available in the car, the driver also urged that he put another passenger immediately after drooping my son. Next day my sson & his friends visited the local Uber office and after searching they told that no passenger was taken by the driver after my son's trip and even in the next day. Details of driver as given by local cutomar care at Guwahati are as follows:
Name: Golap, Ph.No:8079441541. Since, this case the driver kept his mobile off for most of the time and only once at arrounf 12.00 hrs (night) on 23.9.2017 he picked up the phone.
The lost bag contains valuable goods such as camera, Adhar Card, Debit Card, College ID Card, Plane ticket and cash of Rs 12,000/-. Since, the driver has explained a wrong sentence i.e. he picked up another passenger after my son's trip which has been denied by Uber castomer care after searching his travel details, I beleave that the driver is telling lie and the bag is till with the driver.
Please conduct an internal enquarry and help to get back the lost item. This is my humble request.
