Not delivered parcel after lapse of 4 month time and no response at their end

I had ordered a sofa set with centre table on 4 march at saraf furniture site. I had paid 20,000 advance on behalf of my order and after somedays i had a call from saraf furniture and they told me to pay the remaining amount as the order was ready ti deliver and before shipped i had to pay all dues. Then i paid remaining amount. After few hours i had s email from saraf furniture in which i found that they shipped on centre table worth rs of 8999 only. Then i called them and they assured me to shipped my item within 2-3 days. This status of april month. Now today 13 july, they are not shipped my order still and not resonding properly.
