complaint against dealer & promoter of LYF Mobiles to change mobile

Dear Sir
i purchase a new mobile set from a shop in Dehradun by telling him to give a camera phone whose camera quality should be good. they shown me a set of phone brand name LYF by saying that this phone has a good camera as comparing to other branded phones i ask him about the camera quality they told me that the phone camera is 5 mega pixel camera both front & rear camera. on the same they ask me for my sim card to activate the phone i handed over my sim to him they cut it wrongly due to which the phone was not activated because of sim cutted wrongly as doing of this in between i checked the camera quality and found it is not that much of good i needed as comparing to other sets i refused him to purchase this set and ask him for another set but they do not change my set by saying that the phone was activated i told them how this will be activated if my sim was not working they told me to go and ask at the service center that the set was activeted or not or if the set was not activated we will change the set.
then we go to the service center of LYF where we meet to Mr Pawan they told me that the office was closed and they give me his number on next day i call him to ask about the activation of set they give me another number by which i have received an another number whic is of his call center toll free number there i called him to know about the activation of this set they told me that this set is not activeted
then i send my brother to the shop to change this set as per his wordings to change the set.
he go to the shop and ask the dealer to change the set the dealer send him to the promoter of that set that means to the promoter of LYF who is also availabe in his shop this promoter refused to change the set and using abusive language and told him that he will do whatever he wants but he will never changed the set also trying to beat him by capturing his coler when my brother told him to go with consumer form they refused his all apeeal
finally i decide to go with consumer foram and decide to take some serious action to stop this type of problems faced by the consumer and felling helpless.
you are kindly requested to take some serious action against such dealer and promoter of LYF Brand and help me to get another set of my choice and also the

But 2 day pass I go service center he says come another 2 days 8 days pass but change my phone buttom my phone is switch off not open open for 8 days. Please help sir

    i neeraj,i had purchase a new lyf flame8 mobile on 6/9/16 that time i did not get gio sim my dealer sayed t me once he got he will informe to me afterall he got sim on 15/6 he gave me and i used Lyf phone when i got my gio sim the problem is when i used my mobile and i see that my mobile battery level is 56% i connected lyf charger and used with charging and about 10mints later i check my phn's battery its 30%how it can be possible i thought i did not connect charger properlly i check my charger and connect again and enjoying to browsing in mobile after 10 mint check its about 18% how its possible i am not satisfied to buy this mobile i think i dump my all saving money....plz help me what to do now .....plz give service center number and location tooo

    I booked 1bhk flat in jambhul village in talegoan ,Pune district.while booking they total cost will be 16.5 lakh no additional charges.I gave 3 cheque of 55570 rs after1cheque passed they send 1 letter total cost 18.4 lakh .additional charge is registration and taxes charge .that was out of my budget so I went to cancel the booking .the cancellations charge is 50 thousand.what should I do ?

    We have procured LYF wind 1 mobile on5 th August 2016.within one month the display damaged,and sound problem we have incurred another 3000/- rupees for display etc.but still it is not working properly.so we have decided to go consumer forum what's your opinion

    i purchased water 8 mobile from the dealer cellshell jammu j&k 180007 near high court lane . i lodge complaint about the swollen up of battery of said mobile in your service center at residency road jammu but the company technician refused to deal with my complained.
