Dear Sir/Madam,

I suffer for my Mobile A121 Battery Problem Battery is Unshaped & Heating on the time of charging Mobile is Under Warranty Purchase date 21.07.14 From Haridwar M/s Malhotra Communication within the 9-10 month battery going to dead its very surprisingly.

Service Center Feedback is also surprising this is out of warranty & you have to deposit Rs.750/- in advance & wait 2-3 days but still no battery available in Micromax Haridwar Center. I just called up & again received same feedback you have to wait 3-4 days more. I am fed up this Micromax service this is very poor service.

What should i do keep mobile Switch off & wait for new battery 1-2 month after paid advance payment & you have to wait for Blast mobile battery.

Please take matter seriously Otherwise i will be help of consumer Court.
