I've purchased a TVS Jupiter classic on 07/07/2019 from Choudhary TVS dealer, Gurgaon. After 5-6 Days, I observed that it is showing problem while starting in every morning. It was only 80-90 km and i was facing same problem every morning. Then i called to my dealer (Choudhary TVS, gurgaon) and they said i have to get its first service done after around 500 km and it'll be fine after that. Then i faced same problem for further 400 km and waited for my 1st service. I visited my dealer on 27/07/2019 regrding the same and told them about the problem. They said they can't do anything from their side and i have to take it to the service centre which was around 7-8 km from dealership. I repetedly said that i'm facing this issue since the time i've bought this scooty and why you're telling me to wait till my 1st service. Even then they didn't bothered to get it checked once and referred me to service centre. Then i visited Service centre and told them about this issue. They noted it down on some worksheet and assured to get it checked. After 2-3 hours of waiting, I received my scooty on saturday around 4:30 pm and came home. It was in fine condition that time. Then on monday,i.e., Today (29/07/2019), i started my scooty in the morning and it was started in 2-3 attempts (Even after Service has been done on Saturday), i Ignored and drove it to my office destination. Just after 3-4 km i noticed it is not letting me cross the speed of 30-40 and it was bouncing badly. I was on NH-8 and figuring out the problem. Then i started it by kick and i drove further 3-4 km and again it started bouncing on highway. Then i got scared of some mishappening while driving. I tried againg to make it start but then it got jammed and become dead. I was getting late for my office and my scooty was dead on highway. It wasn't starting after 10-15 attempts of self start and kick start. I burst into anger and called my dealer, they said they're sending some mechanic and assured me nicely. Meanwhile i was standing in scorching heat..wearing my I-card on the road and waiting for the moment i'll be free to join my office but failed to do so. I was feeling mentally harrassed at that time. The mechanic came after one hour and checked my scooty, he said there is some problem in fuel supply and after 5-10 minutes he ''REPAIRED'' my newly bought scooty. I then visited my dealer and told him about today's scenario. They said we'll get it checked and get it repaired properly. My concern here is if i called them 2-3 times and even visited them, they didn't get it checked. Even after complete 1st service, they didn't checked it properly. They have wasted my time and money. Most of all i felt unsafe and insecure while driving their vehicle. How's that possible that just after 1 week, your new vehicle shows problem. And if there's a problem, you need to replace it ASAP rather than repairing it. I haven't even received my RC and being a very new vehicle, it is not providing me any comfort but problems only. Today, I somehow escaped from Mishappening on the highway but what if something had happened ? Who would be responsible in that case ? It was a day like hell. I had to stand in scorching heat for almost 2 hours, i felt harrassed and in this state of mind, i had to miss my office, i had to arrange Cab so that i could go back to my home from dealership. Customer service sucks here.This kind of services and harrassment is not expected from a well-known Brand TVS & a very reputed Dealer. It's been 2 days since i've mailed them about the issue and despite 2 reminders, they haven't responded. I'm attaching bill and invoice of my vehicle. I want to get my vehicle replaced due to safety concerns and want compensation for the harrassment caused. Badly Dissappointed !!
