I had taken Cross Roads Roadside Assistance by paying Rs.1000/= for one year service.On 29th September, 2019, my car tyre got punctured and I filled an online complaint to CrossRoads. Its pity that for 3 days , Cross Roads did not send any service person to replace my punctured tyre. On 1st Oct,2019, I went to their head office and told them to refund the entire amount of Rs.1000/= as they had failed to provide proper roadside assistance which they claim 24x7. Till date 10th Oct, they have not not refunded Rs1000/= despite our numerous calls. Cross Roads has unprofessional work attitude. I had to spend money from my own pocket to get punctured car tyre replaced.
