Today I went to Airtel branch opposite dussehra maidan Indore. I asked the girl sitting there for linking my addhar no. As it is compulsory as per government rules.but when they updated my adhar no. They asked us to purchase recharge voucher of 10/-. Is it compulsory or chargeable.
