I am a trusted customer of Amazon . But unfortunately , since last February I am being made distressed .
Amazon has not only broken our trust but also played with our emotions .We had ordered a blood sugar testing machine on 21st February 2016 which was delivered to us with a duplicate piercing pen with injections . The seal & the box of the machine was opened and a box of free testing strips was also opened . After that Amazon said us to talk to the seller, for some days the seller kept on pressuring us for keeping the parcel which was supposed to be returned . We mailed for the return , and also sent the parcel of the duplicate product two times .We got back the parcel as the reply “ DUE TO DOOR LOCKED” so we appealed for a refund , and we were made fool for 15 days .Daily seller promise us for depositing money in our account finally one day The seller’s reply was that he didn’t have anything to do with this and said us to talk with Amazon , we contacted to Amazon for minimum 20 times .
Some questions to which Amazon was unable to answer :
1 Who will take responsibility of the loss which can be caused to the patient because of the duplication of product (as it is a health product).
2. The patient 's life can be in danger because of the product.
I contacted Amazon for 2 months regarding the duplicate product but no executive took my issue seriously .Because of this whole thing , a lot of my time was wasted and I also undergone through mental distress .
This thing proves Amazon’s 100% original product’s talks wrong .
