I have Purchased Biscuit packet of britannia company Good Day Pista Badam. while eating it i found a kind of thick thread inside one of the biscuit. I was shocked and lucky that i didn't take it inside hence i spit it.If That thread i would have taken or instead of me some small child would have taken then it surely will cause some serious problem to him.
I immediately called to customer care and lodge a detail complaint.
then they appologize but don't want to take action against the culprits and also not ready to give any compensation to me.They contacted so many times but for just collecting the sample so that i can't complaint to any one.
hence i request you to please take an action against britannia company and fined them so that they will not repeat any kind of food adulteraion in future.
