You Broadband internet, No Callback for Installation and then Cancellation of Internet services

I have applied for You Broadband internet plan on 2nd April 2017. I was told that I would receive a callback from their tech guy for installation and the service setup would be completed in 3 working days. I have been calling them again and again regarding installation and they keep telling me that I would receive a callback in 4-8 working hours. I never got a call back so I decided for cancellation of their services on 10th April. The Consumer request number for installation was 2017040612002 and the request number for cancellation was 2017041024236. Its been 12 days since I filed for cancellation. Their cancellation process involves a callback from their Backend team in 4-8 hrs. Guess what? Why would they give you a callback for disconnection when they did not call you back for installation? I'm still calling up daily and waiting for their callback, but I never got one.
