Complaint against ICICI Bank for Lien Marked Wrongly

The Manager,

This is to bring it to your attention that i am almost 6year old customer of ICICI bank and my account is being maintained with all the details required by ICICI bank.

After such a long association,
Yesterday I came to know that 72k of lien is marked on my account without even notifying me.

Surprisingly when i called up customer care,
They agreed to the fact that my account is been marked lien wrongly and was giving me option to choose my mother's name instead of verifying as it's not updated correctly.

I wonder that my LPG, PAN and Aadhar is already linked with my account and i am a regular tax payer of India.

Added to above,
I get credit report from CIBIL on every six month so that i can maintain my credit score.

Let me also highlight that,
I had pre-qualified credit card offer from ICICI bank which got rejected before 6months ago and it is already documented.

I need you to look into this and help me getting my amount which is stuck with ICICI Bank.
