Respected Sir,
My name is Amol Lonare,resident of Pune-412307. About 6 months back, I had to close my videocon D2H connection as they were unable to deliver STB replacement for almost 3 months.During all these 3 months they kept on making false commitments but no help. Therefore, I had to take this decision. I was a loyal customer of videocon D2H for 5 years prior to that. Now, after disconnection of service , I was expecting to get refund of Rs.3700/- but it's been almost 6 months , I have been waiting. Initially their local representatives, customer care made false commitments but did nothing. Now they are not even responding to me. I suspect they have plan to provide me any refund.
I would request you to please take the necessary action and help me getting the refund amount. I have a already submitted multiple complaints around this to Videocon D2H.
