Very poor customer service

At home I was using airlink internet. After complaining for few times for non connectivity I didn't got it solved for almost 3-4 months. So I took connection of Reliance Jio

At my office also after complaining few times, after 8 days also my interest is not working and brilliant reliance jio guy visited office for connection.

I am sure that local technicians are taking commision from reliance jio for not getting it repaired.

No proper reply from customer care number too.they have norms of solving within 3 days but they never does that. You never know current status of complaint. They just keep telling " ho jayega"

Pathetic internet service provider who is having thousands of complaints from customers.
