GTPL took money to provide service but failed. Now not providing refund.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had opted for an Internet connection from GTPL (Ankleshwar Branch) on 15th Oct'20 for my Work from Home purpose. Since then I have been facing a lot of stress till date.
After 20 days of repetitive Phone calls and emails to Customer support I finally received Connection on 5 Nov'20 (Initially promised connection within 5 days).
It's been 16 days since the day of installation but I received Internet for only 4 initial days. (5 Nov to 9 Nov).
I raised several complaints on the Official Consumer portal of GTPL, Phone consumer support and Email support.
Besides this I also visited the GTPL Office at Ankleshwar, but no corrective actions are being taken.
Their official App had been counting each day as a service used without even providing the service (Image attached) which is a huge loss for me as a consumer.
GTPL is neither providing me service nor are they taking initiatives to provide me refund so that I could opt for an alternate service.
This chaos has created a lot of stress in my personal and work life.
Kindly help me in this situation and let me know what action I must take next.
