have been using Idea's SIM for the last many years. But I have been complaining for a long time. Idea company cuts my balance without my knowledge. On the 4th, they cut the Rs 99 parent pack that I don't know. I demand a refund by calling. But I don't get it yet. now there is no option to call the customer representative. Please teach him lesson so they couldn't cut anyone's balance.
