Dear Sir / madam
I bought JBL Cinema SB110 last month and the next day JBL Technician came for installation and he found an item defective (Not damaged) speaker not working. He reported the same to JBL.
I called more than 10 times every time they said they transferred my case to higher authority and they will arrange a call and reverse pick up. Till today no update.
I was not aware that this is a third class brand and no services otherwise i never bought this product and i will advise everyone not to buy JBL.
