I had ordered a cycle from Amazon and the delivery did not happen and now the company is taking way to long for the refund to process. Plus the company is a third party seller which Amazon does not have any documentation and the tracking ID number is different and the invoice that they have sent also has a different company name.

I have ordered a shoes from brand factory and on second days I didn't like so I send it back and the delivery guy gave me a coupon for my shoes but today is almost a year passed but I didn't get any refund I ordered a shoes on August 2020 and today is June 2021 it's almost a year passed. And I also try to communicate with their customers care staff but they are not responding any of my call and several I try to send them email but also on email they are not responding.
