Illigal billing, malpractices and medical negligence by Hospital management

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Unfortunetly my father was admitted to Gujrat Kidney Hospital on 9th July 2020 and died on 14th july 2020 night.
Apart from many unprofessional behaviour and medical neglegence and want to complaint for the wrong and illigal bills charged on us.I have been complainting to hospital staffs since last one month but they are not replying.
Following are the main irregularity in billing.
1. My father was admitted there on 9th morning but despite being critical docter didnt got them tested for Covid for 2-3 days,He was tested on 11th July 16:20 Hrs and reported positive for covid-19 and accordingly shifted to Covid ICU ward on 12th July 2020 evening in my presence. However upon his death on 14th night. We have been charged for Covid ICU Charges @ 21500/day for completed 6 days,means even we have been charged for 9,10,11 july as per covid ICU rate even when he was in general ICU.
2. despite severe symptoms they didnot got him tested for covid on time and due to lack of proper diagnostics and treatment on time my father died.This is very evident case of medical negligence.
3. Consulatation charges for hospital's docters deputed in ICU were charged @2000/visits amounting to total of ₹28000. These are excluding cosulatant docters charges.Hospital ICU charges are inclusive of docters charges.
4. PPE kits for the staffs were charged from us on daily basis & it was compulsary to buy these PPE kits from their medical Stores only at double the rate from market price. As per my conversation with other paitients relatives admitted in thier hospitals are charged like this.
This was clear cut case of corruption and unethical billing.
Even as per latest govt guideline PPE kits for hospital staffs can not be charged from paitients.
4. As per govt guidelines Slab rate for CoVid ICU has been fixed for private hospitals which includes all the facilities including basic medicines & basic tests.But apart from hospital docters consulation fee,PPE kits for their staffs, all the basic medicine and basic tests were charged seprately from us.
Despite being covid positive & on home quarantined i was asked to come for bill settlement on 14th night at hospital.
Our whole faimily has suffered from Covid including my mother my wife and 18month daughter.
We request you to please help us and take approprite action against them so that we may get justice and also other paitients may not suffer what we went through.
