Refrigerator not working during warranty

We bought LG refrigerator on march 2019. Than cooling of refrigerator became slow around feb-march 2020. We lodged lot of complaints they just filled gas and although it was not working with full capacity, due to corona lockdown they mentioned nothing can be done. Now they are asking will you give service charge if we came to look what is problem. And not even coming to check. We registered complaint during warranty period so we feel its their responsibility to check this. For past couple of days refridgerator is not working and during lockdown period we have to suffer a lot.
