When GTPL BROADBAND internet provider assured as to give 50 Mbps unlimited plan, after one month continuously contacting them they told us that we have only 40 Mbps Unlimited plan in your area which speed was not sufficient for my usage. We asked for refund for amount for same. They take request of refund on normal paper, and asked to wait for 45 days for refund to be completed
Now more than 120 days and counting from the day I paid 6999 by cash and still we haven't received our refund and assuring us for refund.
I have attached my receipt of cash payment and request for refund note
