Dear Sir,
I book ticket for my family on 5-12-2020. on the same day train diverted and total approx 3000 of my train ticket not refunded by railway. no msg from railway to take any process and now they are deny to refund back. if train is canceled or diverted its railway responsibility to refund amount as its done by online portal. Please help me as 3000 is huge amount for me as per my financial condition.
