Not received my order even after 6 months

I have ordered Medical adhesive from this website carethy.net Earlier I have ordered once and I got the parcel but after 1 year I again ordered the same medical adhesive for Cancer patient. Now I ordered it in August 2020 and it is March 2021. Still I can't track my order and I have not received my order.
