Asking Margin Cut on Gold Loan

Dear Consumer Forum,
I would like to bring your notice that ICICI Bank is levying Margin Cut charges (approx. 22,526) against the Gold Loan which we have taken on
25-08-2020. They had not informed earlier about this terms and conditions and they surprised us with this much of big amount. This is cheating and scam driven by ICICI Bank. I would like to request you to please intervene in between.
Summary of Gold Loan Taken,
Loan amount - 5,04,500
Interest - 30,000 (12% P.A - Ready to pay)
Margin Cut - 22,526 ( Not Confirm earlier)
