Tommy Hilfiger frame 2 months back and its so very loose in no time that i constantly have a headach

I bought Tommy frame from Dayal Opticals sec 18 Noida 2 months back and it started becoming loose, so much so that every 15 min it would slip to the edge of my nose as a result i started having constant headaches.On approaching the shop i bought from Dayal Opticals sector 18 Noida, they tried to convince me its my fault wheras its not the case. My complaint is I messaged the executive of Tommy but he never reverted. So now i want to file a formal complaint against the flimsy quality of the so called BRANDED frame. Are the branded frames so flimsy that it becomes loose every 2 months???
