I bought a mobile by amazon on 2 Dec 2021. they given me a 6-month warranty for the handset after two months in my handset I faced some issues like automatic switch off and adaptor has worked then I contacted to amazon but they denied to warranty claim and they took lots of time since 1 Feb but my issue has not resolved
