Delay in returning of registration money paid for participate in lucky draw of plots under project m

Even after completion of almost 02 months from draw gaziabad development authority is not returning my registration money. The scheme was 907 under madhuban bapudham yojana. Rest to go through the matter and direct him to pay earliest with interest. Delay in payment has hamper my other works so also penalise them.
