Please note, Last time when i was washing my clothes in a well correct manner as explained by a company demonstrator, my trouser got torn by the mashine . On further enquiry i found that the inner lid is getting worn out as we are washing clothes every time. the washing mashine was bought 8 months back and within this time frame only the parts are getting worn out resulting in damage to my trouser worth 6000 inr( tommy hilfigure), i thereby demand justification for that , i totally believe that the machine parts are of substandard quality. A service technician did give a visit and said that it is not covered under warranty. I m totally annoyed with this attitude and i m not satisfied with the service, I demand relacement of the respective part at companies end.kindly assist me in that.
