It's been one and a half month of mental torture from medlife. I booked a lab test on 17 july 2020 and it was done on 18 july 2020. I booked several tests in which one test was "Blood Culture" Test of ₹860/-. When I received the reports the "Blood Culture report was missing from it and ghen I called Medlife and I was told that Medlife is not doing " Blood Culture" Test and I will be given a refund of ₹860/- in not more than 7 working days. Since then I sent several emails, called them and everytime they just fooled me that refund is under process. It has been a time period of mental harrasment. Please help me to get my refund money of ₹860/- which I was charged for a test which was not done. My order id for this 5567558. Please help me to get rid of Medlife's harassing and annoying attitude towards customers.
