Rent not Given and outfit lost

I have given my Outfit (Shervani) Om rent rose Flyrobe however it been 2 years I have not received any rent yet also my outfit which they had returned me is incomplete/change.
I have raised this matter to Flyrobe and it’s been long I am sending mails to them on daily basis and not getting any proper revert from Flyrobe.please find below my complaint number, they are just saying they are working on it since last 2 years.

Please help me out getting my rent and outfit back from Flyrobe.
