This is to complain that my order #SGG2522IN (gaming glasses with prescription lenses) was ordered and online paid on 20th Aug, 2018. I received the item on 26th Aug, 2018. But after couple of days of use, I figured out that there are some problems with the lens, they were not according to the prescription I'd uploaded on the website. Hence, I contacted the company for further processing. They asked me to send the item back via parcel, which I did on 28th Aug, 2018 via India Post (Consignment No.: EH710213145IN) which was delivered on 5th Sept, 2018 to the company, as per tracking details of India Post.

Now, its 30th Sept, 2018, but I've still not received the package back with or without correction. The company is not responding emails and they've switched off their cell phone, hence no cantact can be made. I'm feeling like I've been cheated.

It is requested, that needful should be done ASAP.
