I ordered a drill machine "3 MM HEAVY DUTY 500-600 WATT HAMMER DRILL MACHINE WITH REVERSE/FORWARD"
& The machine i received is different with respect to ordered machine in below points
1. Brand (Sun Flower) is different than the Ordered one (Universal)
2. Ordered 500-600Watt, Received 300 Watt
3. Ordered HAMMER DRILL MACHINE, Received is NOT HAMMER DRILL MACHINE
4. Ordered Chuck Size: 13mm, Received Chuck Size: 10mm
5. Both Drill Sets (HSS + Concrete) are missing
I requested refund my money, but no response from ebay.
I also called customer care number & on 1800 209 3229, but same is not reachable.
