Ola charged 4 times money even after High Court order from Gurgaon to Anand Vihar

I traveled in Ola on Saturday night from Gurgaon to Anand Vihar which was 46 km and ideally the fare should be Rs. 641/- but they actually charged Rs. 1856 that too after the order from High Court that Ola and uber cant charge any surcharge after 22-Aug onwards.
