NOT GIVING MY REFUND

I had a flight booking of IndiGo Airlines, booked through Flipkart Travels for 24th August,2020 from Guwahati to Ahmedabad via Hyderabad on 10th August,2020. Airline Pnr- LHJRFP, Flipkart Travels booking order id- FF2008107885075. As per the new guidelines by the government of India, Web-Check in of flights is mandatory. Flipkart Travels app does not allow to web check-in for seats via their app or website so we have to book it directly via the airline after the booking is confirmed.
I had booked a window seat for rupees 300 through the website of IndiGo Airline. Later I found that a middle seat was available for free , so I changed my seat to middle from window. As per the airline they said me that they will refund the 300 rupees which I paid for window seat because I changed my seat to middle one which was free. They transferred the 300 rupees to Flipkart Travels as per the airline.
After few days on 22nd August,2020, I changed my mind and booked a seat of 800 rupees from the IndiGo Airline’s website. Later that day due to un-avoidable circumstances I had to cancel my booking. Airline had transferred 3830 rupees after deducting all the applicable charges which included 800 seat fare. Flipkart Travels had transferred me 1527 rupees as my refund upon cancellation which I got in my bank. I asked them about my seat fare refund which was 1100 rupees(300+800) they said my they have to consult to their team because they process refund only upon the amount paid. But I had paid 1100 rupees(300+800) extra as seat fare which the airline has refunded to Flipkart Travels which the company is not giving to me.
I have contacted Flipkart Travels many times and always given false resolution by their executives that I will be getting response in 24hrs or 48hrs, even few executives said my I’ll be getting response In 20 minutes. Till date (08/09/2020) I had not got any resolutions from Flipkart Travels , It has been 15 days approximately and I am still waiting for my 1100 rupees additional seat refund which I have paid. Flipkart Travels always give false hopes. I am filling this complain so that I can get my 1100 rupees refund.

Very much dissatisfied with Flipkart Travels. Such a big agency cannot process a refund of 1100 rupees. Their executives are liars. I am seeking consumer forum help. Kindly looking into this and help in processing my refund.
