NON PROVIDING OF SERVICE, bought a solar system from GAUTAM POLYMER

I've bought a solar system from GAUTAM POLYMER through Gurgaon
Gramin Bank Khori(now SHGB) with a warranty of 5years. But when I call them for a service they told me to send the whole set at their workshop at Delhi. SHGB also refusing to take any resposibility in this regard.
