I had ordered a Blood glucose monitor of Johnson and Johnson worth Rs 899 through Zotezo on 16th March 2016. The money was debited from my card immediately however the product is yet not delivered. I had tried contacting them through Phone and email several times but no response. Since this was for a medical emergency I had to buy an alternate machine at at very expensive price and would hence want to claim the compensation for the same.

    I have ordered online Disano Pure Olive oil-2x500ml on 18.12.17,the amount of Rs 565/- debited from my card, but Till now they have not delivered.I tried reaching them through mail(care@zetozo.com) but they dont reply.I tried calling them at 08100007777 but that also failed.Now I dont understand whom to contact and what to do.My Order id is 100055814.
