I bought a Samsung Refrigerator (AR12JC3JAMVNNA), bearing serial # (037YPPDG101112K)November 2011. Since then the Door has been creating problem due to faulty design. The door finally broke down 2 months back. We requested to repair it but Samsung cannot repair it. The technician confirmed that we need to replace the door but they do not have stocks of the door. They are not able to arrange the door neither they want to replace with a new fridge. Samsung Complaint No. 8422127941
